3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 3-5 minutes.
