Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in raspberries.
  5. Use a tablespoon to scoop dough and roll into balls.
  6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until tops are crinkled.
  9. Let cool before serving.
