White Chicken Enchilada Casserole: A Beginner’s Guide to Creamy Comfort in a Pan

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 can green chilies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chilies, and half of the cheese.
  3. Layer some tortillas in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with tortillas on top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Top with fresh cilantro for added flavor.
