Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, and melted butter until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, swirling to form a thin crepe.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
