  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups spinach, fresh
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Mix ricotta cheese, spinach, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  7. Add half of the ricotta mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  8. Repeat the layering process, ending with noodles and marinara on top.
  9. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly.
  11. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
