  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roast the red bell peppers until charred, then peel and chop.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
