Tender Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce to create the spicy mayo dip.
  6. Serve the meatballs hot with the spicy mayo on the side.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more Sriracha to taste.
