- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the sushi rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Once the rice is cooked, spread it in a baking dish and layer the salmon mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve warm with nori and enjoy!
