Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake

A creamy and spicy salmon sushi bake that’s easy to make and packed with flavor.

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 pound fresh salmon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed)
  • 1 tablespoon pickled ginger (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and spread it in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Flake the salmon and mix it gently with the spicy mayo mixture.
  5. Spread the salmon mixture over the rice in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with nori and pickled ginger.

Notes

  • Adjust the sriracha for more or less heat.
  • Customize with additional toppings like avocado or sesame seeds.
