- 1 pound fresh salmon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed)
- 1 tablespoon pickled ginger (for serving)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and spread it in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Flake the salmon and mix it gently with the spicy mayo mixture.
