  • 2 packets Korean ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sugar for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the beef on medium-high heat until cooked to your liking.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  4. In a separate pan, combine heavy cream and the remaining marinade, heating gently.
  5. Add the cooked ramen to the sauce, mixing well.
  6. Top with grilled beef and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more gochujang to taste.
