- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sugar for at least 30 minutes.
