Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. In a slow cooker, mix together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  3. Add the meatballs to the slow cooker and stir to coat.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
  5. In the last hour of cooking, mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and add to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
