- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- In a slow cooker, mix together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- Add the meatballs to the slow cooker and stir to coat.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- In the last hour of cooking, mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and add to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
