- 1.5 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cups frozen peas
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
