Slow Cooker Chili Mac and Cheese

A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of chili and mac and cheese, perfect for a cozy dinner.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the ground beef, diced tomatoes, chili beans, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Stir in the macaroni and cook for an additional 30-40 minutes until macaroni is tender.
  4. Just before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add jalapeños or bell peppers to the mixture before cooking.
