  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, smoked sausage, turkey bacon, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Lay out large sheets of aluminum foil, and divide the mixture evenly among them.
  4. Fold the foil to create packets, sealing tightly.
  5. Place the packets on the grill, and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Carefully open the packets and serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • You can substitute the sausage with chicken or omit it for a lighter version.
