  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the spinach, tomatoes, and bell peppers until tender.
