  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the russet potatoes thinly and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the sliced potatoes and stir to combine.
