  • 4 slices turkey bacon

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the butternut squash.
  3. In a bowl, toss the squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the squash on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
  6. After 25 minutes, add the bacon to the squash and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
