- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted and pureed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt to taste

- Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add chicken ham and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Stir in the roasted red pepper puree and heavy cream, mixing well.
