Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and butter to the yeast mixture, then gradually incorporate the flour mixture.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread the raspberry puree before rolling it into a log.
  6. Twist the log and place it in a loaf pan, then let it rise again.
  7. Bake at 350°F for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
