  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, and yeast.
  3. Gradually add milk and egg, mixing well.
  4. Add flour, cinnamon, and salt. Knead until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread raspberries on top.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
  10. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar in the filling.
  • Rolls can be left overnight in the fridge for a slower rise.
