- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, and yeast.
- Gradually add milk and egg, mixing well.
- Add flour, cinnamon, and salt. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread raspberries on top.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together.
- Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar in the filling.
