  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
