  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before slicing for the best flavor.
  • Top with whipped cream and additional caramel for extra indulgence.
