- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup protein powder
- 3/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
