Ingredients

  • 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lime juice.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
