  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound sliced beef (or steak substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, remove from skillet, and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
  5. Add sliced beef to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook until beef is browned.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well.
  7. Top with crumbled turkey bacon and shredded cheese; cover until cheese is melted.
