  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis into fry-shaped strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip each zucchini strip into the egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
