Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in eggs, then in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  7. Add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce.
