Instructions

  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, butter, and orange blossom water to the yeast mixture. Knead the dough for 8 minutes until smooth.
  3. Incorporate chopped apricots into the dough.
  4. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise for 1 hour.

  6. Roll out the dough and shape it into rolls. Place them in a greased baking dish.
