- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, sugar, salt, butter, and orange blossom water to the yeast mixture. Knead the dough for 8 minutes until smooth.
- Incorporate chopped apricots into the dough.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise for 1 hour.
