- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
