- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
