OAT FLOUR PANCAKES

Delicious light and fluffy pancakes made from oat flour, perfect for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine oat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle in some vanilla extract.
  • These pancakes can be topped with fresh fruit or maple syrup.
