- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and egg to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine oat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
