  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and egg to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine oat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
