  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast together.
  2. Add the warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 12 to 18 hours at room temperature.
  4. After resting, preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
  5. Shape the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to parchment paper.
  6. Carefully place the dough into the hot Dutch oven and cover it with the lid.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered, until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool before slicing.
