  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
