No-Bake Biscoff Cheesecake – Creamy, Dreamy & Cookie-Loaded Delight!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Biscoff cookies
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 200 grams Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Blend Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Biscoff spread over the crust, then add the cream cheese mixture on top.
  6. Drizzle the remaining Biscoff spread over the cheesecake and swirl it for a marbled effect.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra crunchy topping, sprinkle additional crushed Biscoff cookies on top before serving.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for better flavor development.
