  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
