Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, sugars, and eggs until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
