  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
