These Mini Oreo Cheesecakes are the perfect indulgent treat for any occasion. With a creamy filling and an Oreo crust, they are sure to be a hit at your next gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of muffin cups.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with additional whipped cream and Oreo crumbs on top.
  • These cheesecakes can be made a day in advance!
