- 1 cup crushed Oreos
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of muffin cups.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
