  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into small circles.
  4. Place the apple mixture onto half of the circles and fold over to make a pie.
  5. Seal the edges and make a few slits on top.
  6. Brush with the beaten egg.
