  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for a minute.
  4. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.
