1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
8 skewers
Instructions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and paprika to make the marinade.
Add cubed steak to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
After marinating, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the steak, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, let the steak marinate overnight.
