Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and paprika to make the marinade.
  2. Add cubed steak to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. After marinating, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the steak, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
