- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add diced potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, chicken ham, and half of the cooked turkey bacon. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with cheddar cheese, remaining bacon, and green onions.
