  • 4 cups potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cubed potatoes, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix in half of the shredded cheese and half of the bacon bits.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
