- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef, stirring to combine.
- In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of the beef mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and cheddar on top of the beef.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
