- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
