- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 12 ounces lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Break the lasagna noodles and add them to the pot.
- Close the lid, set to manual pressure for 6 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and stir in the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted.
