  • 2 packages of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced turkey bacon
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to the broth.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add them to the broth.
  4. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  5. Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes, then peel and slice.
  6. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with turkey bacon, green onions, and a sliced egg.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
