  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
