  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted coconut oil and then add the honey or maple syrup.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. In another bowl, combine the baking soda and salt with the whole wheat flour.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
